Sospensione temporanea delle spedizioni e del Customer Service

Durante il mese di agosto il nostro e-shop resterà regolarmente aperto, mentre le Spedizioni, i Resi e il servizio Customer Service saranno temporaneamente sospesi.

Gli ordini effettuati dall’8 al 17 agosto saranno preparati e spediti a partire dal 18 agosto, seguendo l’ordine di ricezione.

Anche le richieste di reso ricevute durante questo periodo saranno gestite alla ripresa delle attività. I relativi termini saranno automaticamente prorogati, senza alcuna penalizzazione per il cliente.

Il Customer Service sarà chiuso nello stesso periodo e risponderà a tutte le richieste ricevute a partire dal 18 agosto.

Temporary Suspension of Shipping, Returns and Customer Service

During August, our e-shop will remain open as usual, while Shipping, Returns and Customer Service will be temporarily suspended.

Orders placed from August 8 to August 17 will be prepared and shipped starting from August 18, in the order in which they were received.

Return requests received during this period will also be processed once operations resume. The applicable return deadlines will be automatically extended, with no penalty to the customer.

Customer Service will also be closed during this period and will reply to all requests received starting from August 18.
