RETURN LINK

  • All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received: unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags attached.
  • Returns of underwear, bodysuits, socks and tights are not accepted.
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the items. Special conditions apply for size exchanges or discount vouchers for item exchanges.
  • Items must be sent back in their original packaging. If an item is returned without its original packaging, the return will not be accepted.
  • Returns must be shipped exclusively using the return label provided by the seller (except for other countries).
  • For Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway, and other countries, please contact Customer Service.
  • The customer loses any benefits and discounts (for example, free shipping for orders over €180 in Italy, €260 in Europe, €260 in Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom, and $250 in the United States) that were granted, if those benefits and discounts would not apply to the order value after the return.

Return shipping costs are as follows depending on whether it is a REFUND, a SIZE EXCHANGE, or an ITEM EXCHANGE managed with a DISCOUNT VOUCHER. These costs will be deducted directly from the refund.

SIZE EXCHANGE AND ITEM EXCHANGE

Is the item you purchased too small or too large? Would you like to swap it for another item? Don't worry — you can opt for a size exchange or item exchange with the issuance of a DISCOUNT VOUCHER! Return shipping will be COMPLETELY FREE (for Europe and United States) and you have 14 days to decide!

If the requested size is not available, a discount voucher of equal value will be issued, valid for 12 months from the date of issue for new purchases on www.pietrobrunelli.it

RETURN REFUND

The refund will be confirmed by email as soon as the items have been received and inspected (see return conditions). Used or stained items will not be accepted.

  • The refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase – PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer if the purchase was made by cash on delivery or bank transfer. In this case, please send your bank details via email.
  • The refund will be made in the same currency used for the payment.
  • If the purchase was made with a Gift Card, a new Gift Card of equal value will be issued.
  • The refund will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned items. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the banking institution.
  • If you purchased with a discount voucher and made a partial return, you will receive a new discount voucher proportional to the value of the return.

OTHER INFORMATION

If the product purchased and delivered does not match what was stated in the order confirmation (wrong size or colour, defective product), the customer is entitled to a replacement of the non-conforming product at no additional cost, following the procedure below.

The customer must send an email to our Customer Service indicating the date and order number, and in the case of a return due to a defect, must also attach an image of the defective or damaged product. A return label will be sent, which must be clearly affixed to the outside of the parcel.

The goods must be returned in the same condition as received, complete with all elements, in the original packaging, within 14 working days of receipt.

Once the return has been verified, we will ship a replacement item. If a replacement is not available, the return will be refunded.
