All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received: unused, unwashed, or altered, and with all tags attached.
Returns of panties, bodysuits, socks and tights are not possible.
Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the items. Special terms and conditions apply for size exchanges or a discount coupon for exchanges.
Items must be returned in their original packaging. Returns without the original packaging will not be accepted.
Returns of orders by the customer must be made exclusively using the return label provided by the seller (with the exception of non-European countries).
For Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Norway, there may be additional customs charges added to the standard shipping costs if the return documents are not signed correctly. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service .
The customer loses any benefits and discounts (for example, free shipping for orders over €180 in Italy, €260 in Europe, €260 in Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom, and $250 in the United States) that may have been granted to him or her if such benefits and discounts are not applicable to the value of the order net of the return.

Return shipping costs They are as follows depending on whether it is a REFUND, a SIZE EXCHANGE, or a MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE managed with a DISCOUNT VOUCHER. These costs will be deducted directly from the refund.

Is the item you purchased too small or too large? Would you like to exchange it for another item? Don't worry, you can choose to exchange it for a different size or item with a DISCOUNT VOUCHER! You'll receive FREE return shipping (excluding orders from Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom) and 14 days to consider it!

If the requested size is not available, a discount voucher of equal value will be issued and can be used within the following 12 months from the date of issue for new purchases on the site. www.pietrobrunelli.it

RETURN REFUND

Your refund will be confirmed by email once the items are received and inspected (see return policy). Used or stained items will not be accepted.

The refund for the returned item will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase—Paypal, credit card, or bank transfer if the purchase was made via cash on delivery or bank transfer. In this case, it's important to provide your bank details via email.
The refund will be made in the same currency used for payment.
If the purchase was made with a Gift Card, a new Gift Card of the same value will be issued.
The refund will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned item. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and banking institution.
If you purchased with a discount coupon and made a partial return, you will receive a new discount coupon proportional to the value of the return.

MORE INFORMATION

If the purchased and delivered product does not conform to the order confirmation (size or color error, defective product), the customer will be entitled to a replacement of the non-compliant product at no additional cost, according to the following procedure.

The customer will have to send a e-mail Please contact our Customer Service department, indicating the date and order number. In the event of a return due to a defect, please also include an image of the defective or damaged product. You will be sent a return label that must be clearly affixed to the outside of the package.

Therefore, the goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, i.e. complete with all elements, in the original packaging, within 14 working days of receipt.

After verifying the return, we will ship a replacement item. If a replacement item is not available, the returned item will be refunded.
