Book a pickup with UPS

Have you received the return label and don't know how to book the collection directly at your home? Here is all the information you need:

Visit the UPS portal

1) Enter the Tracking code found on the label

2) Enter your address - The UPS Code field must remain blank

3) Fill in the following fields as shown in the image below:
- Total weight of the collection: 1 Kg
- UPS International Services: UPS Standard

4) Enter the day, time slot and any instructions for the courier.

Check the information and confirm the operation.

The reservation was not successful? Contact our Customer Service indicating: Day , Time slot and Order Number (if the collection address is different from the shipping address of the order, be sure to specify it in the email)
